DJI Mini 5 Pro
In the drone field this took for landscapes and real estate. It is not the crowned answer (DJI Avata 360 is), but here is exactly where it earns its place, and where it gives ground.

PlacedBeaten by DJI Avata 360
Why it might win
Excellent stills and video from a sub-250g body, still under most licence thresholds
Why it might not
Fixed overhead angles; it hovers rather than flies through a scene
The safer, more legal choice
Staying under 250g keeps it out of a lot of the stricter drone rules that heavier bodies like the Avata 360 run into, and the camera itself is excellent for landscapes, property shots, and anything shot from a stable hover. At ₹94,990, it undercuts the Avata by ₹25,000.
It still just hovers
However good the camera, a Mini 5 Pro shoots from a fixed vantage point above the scene, the exact limitation that pushed me toward the Avata 360 in the first place. Choose this if the shot you want is a wide overhead, not a flight through a doorway.
